Sneak peak

First blog on blogspot! And first my blog ever of the year. New year, new me. Here is a sneak peak (pictures) of my outfit for my classmate and friend Shiela Seranno's debut cotillion on January 14,2012. And, seriously I can't wait for me to have my own party and cotillion, 4months to wait. On America, women celebrates their cotillion or party on their 16 birthday. But here in Philippines, we do it at the age of 18. Okay, let's talk about my dress.

French Connection is a British fashion label. For further information here is their site http://www.frenchconnection.com . The label is not familiar with me.

This dress was actually worn by Miss Riyo Mori, Miss Universe 2007 during pageant. Click for more information  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miss_Universe_2007 .(It's not the same dress, it's the picture of Riyo Mori wearing a dress resembling mine.) As for me, I am grateful that I will wear her dress. As a fact I fell like a Miss Universe too as I fit the long dress (Feeler! It's my dream to be one).

Actually this is a long dress more than 5feet maybe. Attending a cotillion or debut, of course don't outrun the dress and the look of the debutant, as if you're the one who has the celebration. Thinking, I decided on to something that it will no longer be a long dress, but it will look like a cocktail one. I'll blog about what I'd made to make it a cocktail dress after the party(Subscribe! hihi.). 

 

Yes this my animal printed pumps from Prima Donna, that will be worn on the party. Someone gave it to me as my present last Christmas 2011.
